You and your Dynamic Teen Company ( DTC ) are not only heroes in your own rights but more of a living legends for these poor and helpless people. Everyday’s existence is considered a survival for these indigent people and more often than not, they failed to meet the cost. But all your inspiring and noble works has given them radiant hope and a new horizon for a better future. May all your endeavors continue to gain success and be blessed that you may continue to bless other lives as well. Sir Efren, YOU MADE US PROUD TO BE CAVITENOS !

I am very eager to meet you personally when I visit our province of Cavite. I hope that our Organization here in Vienna can be of help even in our own little ways.
