Club8586 Biblical Servant Leader Emmanuel D. Bagual, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of the said organization, represented the group in the whole course of the activity.

The search for Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations aims to recognize, reward and encourage youth organizations all over the country with programs and projects that help their communities. It also hopes to inspire more young people to find innovative solutions and to challenge status quo through the organizations which they belong. It was launched in September 2002 through the idea of Senator Kiko Pangilinan and is held annually in joint venture with the National Youth Commission and the TAYO Awards Foundation.

Before conquering the national arena, Dynamic Teen Company had undergone several steps from secretariat paper screening up to the area finals/judging.

The entries were assessed and judged based on the following criteria: Impact of the project entry on the local community; Social Mobilization and how involved the community is in the project; Innovativeness; and Sustainability and Probability of Duplication.

Dynamic Teen Company’s prime and leading activity that probably conveyed them to the peak is their Kariton Klasrum and Klinik project which is one of their regular outreach programs. As its name implies, it is a “kariton” that contains classroom materials such as reading supplies, chalkboards, literacy equipment, educational toys and other things that can help the kids learn. Apart from these, it also includes a first-aid kit as well as hygiene materials which the volunteers use in cleansing the wounds and treating the bruises of the kids and incorporating proper hygiene to them. What made the Kariton Klasrum and Klinik stand out is its uniqueness, accountability, and technology. Since it employs a “kariton,”, it is mobile, and at the same time, environment-friendly for the reason that it does not pollute the surrounding.

Apart from the prestigious recognition, the winning organizations received an especially commissioned trophy sculpted by Mr. Toym De Leon Imao and a grant of Php 50,000.00 intended to fund new projects or continue their long-term programs. But for Dynamic Teen Company, the real purpose for joining this TAYO Awards does not only lie on the citations or recognitions that they might receive; hence, it is to encourage, hearten, raise the spirit, and tell the youth that no matter how small we are in this world, if we have the urge, commitment, cooperation, and faith, we can solve and surpass the global problems the world is currently facing.
