Interested in your cart concept.
How many do you have and what part of your budget and time do you use for the cart program? This seems as good way to reach those at most risk and combing reading math & health. What I would like to do is help you find carts and fill them with supplies. If you can employ the teachers. Are you thinking of expanding the program?
